Products on this site are offered by the official Croatian distributor of Dok Bua Ku / Twinlotus products, Balti Savjetovanje d.o.o., Lopašićeva 6, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia. All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include Croatian VAT. Delivery costs are shown separately before you confirm an order. Until online ordering opens, the site accepts enquiries and pre-orders through the enquiry form; a pre-order becomes binding only when we confirm availability and price by email and you accept.

An order placed in the web shop is an offer to buy. The contract is concluded when we send you an order confirmation by email. If an item is unavailable after you order, we will tell you promptly and refund any amount already paid for that item.

Online payments are processed securely by Revolut and support major payment cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Revolut Pay. We never see or store your card details.

We deliver within Croatia and to other EU countries. Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout. If a shipment is visibly damaged on arrival, please note the damage with the courier and contact us.

As a consumer you may withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, by submitting written notice through https://twinlotus.hr/en/contact. We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return. Return shipping is at your cost.

For hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to oral-care products that have been unsealed after delivery (Art. 79 of the Croatian Consumer Protection Act; Directive 2011/83/EU).

We are liable for material defects of the goods under the Croatian Civil Obligations Act and the Consumer Protection Act. You can submit a written complaint through https://twinlotus.hr/en/contact; we will confirm receipt without delay and respond within 15 days.

If we cannot resolve a dispute, you may use the EU online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Our products are cosmetic oral-care products, not medicines. Information on this site is not medical advice: for dental or medical concerns, consult a professional.

Croatian law applies to these terms. For consumers, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country of your habitual residence remain unaffected. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent court in Croatia.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order applies to that order.
